Robot conformity marks by jurisdiction

A robot or component that clears customs still cannot be sold or put to work until it carries the conformity mark its destination market demands. The regimes differ in kind, not just in name: some rest on a manufacturer's own declaration, others require certification by a recognised third-party laboratory. Each row of this matrix states one jurisdiction's regime and cites the official document that establishes it. Two regimes of the enumerated set are not yet covered — China (CCC) and Brazil (INMETRO) — because no official document could be retrieved and read through the verification channel; those gaps are stated rather than filled from secondary sources.

How this is compiled

One row per jurisdiction. Every value is restricted to what the cited official document states, and each row links that document; where regimes rest on different mechanisms, the difference is stated rather than smoothed over.
